Create professional PDF service reports for insurance claims, vehicle sales, or personal records.
On iPhone/iPad
- Open the Reports tab from the bottom navigation bar
- Select your vehicle (or leave “All Vehicles” for a comprehensive report)
- Choose report type using the segmented control:
- Service History: Complete record of all logged services
- Upcoming Service: Schedule of due and upcoming maintenance
- Parts Inventory: List of parts, fluids, and consumables in your garage
- Tap the Export button (share icon) in the toolbar
- Select report format:
- Summary PDF: Condensed overview with key information
- Comprehensive PDF: Detailed report including photos and notes
- Wait for generation — progress indicator shows while PDF is being created
- Share or save using the iOS share sheet:
- Save to Files
- AirDrop to another device
- Send via email or Messages
- Save to iCloud Drive
- Print directly
On Mac
- Select the Reports section from the sidebar
- Choose your vehicle from the selector
- Select the report type (Service History, Upcoming Service, or Parts Inventory)
- Click the Export button in the toolbar
- Select Summary or Comprehensive PDF
- Choose save location in the save dialog
- The PDF opens automatically in Preview for review

Service History Report includes:
- Vehicle overview (year, make, model, VIN, current mileage)
- Complete service timeline
- Cost summary by service category
- Photo attachments (comprehensive report)
- Service provider details
Upcoming Service Report includes:
- Current maintenance status
- Due and overdue items highlighted
- Projected service dates and mileages
- Required products for each service
Parts Inventory Report includes:
- Products by category
- Quantities and purchase information
- Vehicle assignments
- Reorder recommendations
