View and manage your Rennch purchase status at any time.
Viewing Your Current Status
On iPhone/iPad
- Go to Settings (gear icon in tab bar)
- View the status badge at the top:
- 🔵 Shop Mode — Unlimited vehicles
- 🔴 Pro — Rennch Pro with vehicle slots
- 🟠 Trial — Free trial active
- ⚫ Expired — Trial ended, no purchase
- The Vehicle Slots section shows:
- Current usage: “2 / 5 vehicles”
- Slot breakdown: Base (3) + Purchased (1) + Promo (1)
- Progress bar indicating capacity
On Mac
- Open Settings from the sidebar
- View your status in the About or Data tab
- Purchase status and slot count are displayed
Understanding the Status Display
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| “Shop Mode • Unlimited Vehicles” | You have Shop Mode — no vehicle limits |
| “Rennch Pro • 5 Vehicles” | You have Pro with 5 total slots |
| “Trial • 4 days remaining” | Free trial active, ends in 4 days |
| “Trial Expired” | Trial ended, purchase required for full access |
Vehicle Slot Capacity
The Vehicle Slots section shows:
- Progress bar: Visual indicator of used vs. available slots
- Fraction display: “3 / 5” means 3 vehicles using 5 available slots
- Color coding:
- Red bar = approaching limit
- Orange = at limit (can’t add more without purchasing)
Checking from the Garage
When you try to add a vehicle beyond your limit:
- A prompt appears showing your current capacity
- Options to purchase additional slots or Shop Mode
- Clear pricing for each option
Tips
- Plan ahead: If you’re at 3/3 slots, consider Shop Mode before your next vehicle purchase
- iCloud sync: Your status syncs across all devices automatically
- Receipt access: View all purchase receipts through Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases on iOS
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Rennch a subscription?
No. Rennch Pro and Shop Mode are one-time purchases with lifetime access. There are no monthly or annual fees.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com within 14 days of purchase.
Does my purchase work on iPad and Mac?
Yes. Purchases sync across all devices signed into the same Apple ID — iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
What happens to my data if I don’t purchase?
Your data is never deleted. After trial expiration, you can view everything in read-only mode. Purchase anytime to regain full editing access.
Can I share my purchase with family?
Yes. Rennch Pro supports Apple Family Sharing. One purchase covers up to 6 family members.
I bought slots but they’re not showing
Try Restore Purchases in Settings. If that doesn’t work, ensure you’re signed into the correct Apple ID.
