  3. Try signing out and back into your Apple ID

Family Sharing purchases:

  • Rennch Pro supports Family Sharing
  • Ensure Family Sharing is enabled in your Apple ID settings
  • The family organizer’s purchase should be available to all family members

  • Purchases are tied to the Apple ID used at checkout
  • Sign into that Apple ID to restore, or contact Apple Support for account issues

Tips

  • Restore works offline — StoreKit caches entitlements locally
  • Automatic restoration: In most cases, purchases restore automatically when you sign into the same Apple ID
  • Vehicle slot count: Restored slot purchases are cumulative — if you bought 3 slots over time, all 3 restore
